My Eduational Journey

This is a very much a sarcastical work, given that my personal and professional life has involved education; however, this project showcases the three stages of my professional journey into/with education: college graduation, college teaching, and my recent college pursuit at UNT.

It seems I cannot escape education, which in one form or another (whether my own pursuits or my children's), dominates my life!

Overall, I really enjoyed this project. Although the flyer many not be extrordinarily creative, it is for/to me. This was a fun, expressive excersise, much like all of the projects, that really taught me how to appreciate the versaility of Photoshop. Just from completing this first project, I felt more confident and empowered with using this new (at least to me) program.

For the graduation photograph, I had to perform a major surgery, as the original is basically ripped in half and the color very distorted. Some of the Photoshop tools I used included the Spot Healing Brush and Clone Stamp. I also cropped and straightened the image, as well as worked with the Noise and Smart Sharpen filters.
