In addition to being a full-time online professor of Rhetoric/Compositon and Literature, I am also an instructional designer and eLearning developer and specialist.

I am passionate about designing and creating online, multimedia content for educational  and training purposes, as I am about teaching.

Furthermore, as an independent and creative thinker, yet very much a "people person," I enjoy collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts to solve problems, to develop content, and to help others learn. 

I am also experienced at creating screencasts, blogs, multimedia websites, and animated videos; working with learning management systems; researching; leading (online and onsite) profressional development workshops; and presenting at conferences. 

Finally, since I am a quick, yet reflective and critical, thinker, I am a fast learner who enjoys the challenges of working on new projects while promply producing results.
